Putrajaya Sightseeing Tour

That time, while waiting next flight, I had about 9-10 hours before leaving Malaysia and I took a sightseeing tour at Putrajaya, a modern futuristic city, which is the center of Malaysian government. And you know what? There were only three persons here, Mr.KK (India), Mr.Heryanto (Indonesia) and I (Indonesia). Even only a few hours, spending time in this place was excited, because of the landscapes and landmarks itself and also my trip partners (Mr.KK and Mr.Heryanto).

Note: As my English is not so good, thanking you in advance for your understanding..

The Atmosphere

The atmosphere here is totally different with Kuala Lumpur. The city is not too crowded. I can say that the city is more like Singapore. Clean, modern, tidy, hot and no traffic. To go there, you can take KLIA transit from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and stop at Putrajaya and Cyberjaya Sentral train station. The train station is merged with bus station and there were many food stalls there so no worries for me to find foods and beverages. If you have only a few hours in Malaysia, it is worth to take this tour. You only need less than 2 hours to take this tour by bus (that time, start 3.00 PM and finish 4.50 PM). Actually they have 2 schedules a day, the first one is at 11.00 AM and the other one is at 3.00 PM. And you only need to spend 20 RM for this tour.

The Landscapes and Landmarks

The main attractions here are the landscapes and landmarks itself. As the city was built for the center of government, so the city has many giant buildings and skyscrapers. I was amazed when I learned that the city has invisible cables, that's why I say the city is modern and more like Singapore. Let's see what Putrajaya can offer you..

Well, Putrajaya is the last overseas stop before continuing my 9 days solo trip (Jakarta-Bandung-Kuala Lumpur-Siem Reap-Medan). Putrajaya is also nice in the evening. With the colorful citylights, I think we can say Putrajaya is one of nice light cities. Maybe next visit to Putrajaya, I'll take an evening tour.. Where to go? wherever it is (in Bahasa: Mau kemana? kemana aja boleh...)
